01. THE CHALLENGE.
We took on communication direction and audiovisual operations for a festival with over a decade of history in Portugal, packed with a demanding schedule and performances from major national and international artists.
The main challenge was producing content live, during the event itself — keeping creative quality, production speed, and visual consistency in a fast-moving environment where every performance needed an immediate response to keep the digital communication going.

02. THE INSIGHT.
At festivals, content matters most while the audience is still living the experience.
Our strategy turned coverage into a continuous communication operation — capturing key moments from the main stage and delivering publish-ready videos in near real time, extending the festival's reach while it was still happening.
03. THE SOLUTION:
We built an integrated operation between audiovisual production and communication, covering:
-
Communication direction throughout the event.
-
Cinematic capture of the main stage's key performances.
-
Real-time video production and editing for social media.
-
Coverage of the biggest moments of connection between artists and audience.
-
A fast-moving workflow between capture, selection, editing, and publishing.
-
Creative direction, keeping visual consistency across every piece of content.
-
storytelling, and shopping experience working together to raise the perceived value of Yaguara Coffee.
-
An online store built to grow — ready for a bigger catalog, new categories, and future commercial strategies.
Throughout the festival, we captured performances from artists like BaianaSystem, Neguinho da Beija-Flor, Mariana Aydar, and Mestrinho — producing content that kept pace with the lineup and strengthened the festival's digital presence.

WHAT WE GOT:
A full real-time content operation, turning festival performances into social-ready video while the audience was still there to watch.
03.
THE RESULTS:
-
A complete communication and audiovisual operation, run in a high-intensity environment.
-
Real-time video production throughout the festival's programming.
-
Coverage of the event's key artists, with a contemporary, social-first approach.
-
Fast content delivery, letting the audience follow the festival digitally too.
-
A production workflow built to bring together strategy, creativity, and speed.
